Equal Access Services Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that empowers people with disability to live with greater independence, confidence, and community connection.
We are a team of qualified support workers, nurses, and trained disability professionals who consider each participant’s unique lifestyle, goals, aspirations, strengths, and abilities. This allows us to develop support that genuinely meets individual needs.
Every participant is supported as an individual. We focus on building meaningful relationships, understanding personal goals, and creating tailored support plans that evolve as needs change. Our strengths-based approach ensures participants feel respected, heard, and supported to make choices about their own lives.
We place a strong emphasis on consistency, carefully matching participants with support workers to build comfortable and supportive long-term relationships.
Our team has experience supporting people with autism, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, physical disability, mobility limitations, and complex support needs. With qualified support workers, nurses, and trained disability professionals, participants receive reliable and compassionate support they can trust.
Supports can be delivered in-home, in the community, or via Telehealth for suitable services, allowing flexibility to meet participant needs.
We support participants who are self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed.
